Mariah Carey: 'I Fire Nannies' All the Time
The "hands-on" mom reveals she has no patience for the help.

Mariah Carey, 43, is busy doing more than posting provocative selfies. Apparantly she fires her staff all the time.
"Unfortunately I have to have nannies but I'm very hands-on. I fire nannies like this [snapping her fingers]," she told Power 105.1's The Breakfast Club.
She continued, "And I hate doing it but I have to, because if they try to make themselves more important in the babies' minds than me, [she has to fire them]."
As for rumors that she is planning to release a children's book, she blamed them on her husband.
"I have not agreed to those terms," she said. "Nick [Cannon, her husband] jumps the gun. He jumps the gun and that's all I'm going to say. I'm not ready to talk about any babies books or anything like that."
