Matthew McConaughey and Jimmy Kimmel Make a Commercial for a Video Store

— -- Jimmy Kimmel has been broadcasting his show from Austin during SXSW, and during his time there, he wanted to make a commercial for a local business.

Ultimately, he decided on Vulcan Video -- a video store with two locations in the area.

"Because this is such a high-tech event with the apps and the devices, we decided to make a commercial for a business that is very low-tech," he explained.

After meeting the store's owner and touring the shop, Kimmel got to work.

"We're gonna have to find somebody passionate about movies," he reasoned. "That's, I guess, where we're gonna have to go here."

Naturally, he called upon Matthew McConaughey, who lives nearby, and the two created three ads. To see their work, watch the video below.
