Whoopi Goldberg, Oscar-winner and four-time host of the ceremony, gave her take on “The View” about how the Academy should open the awards show.

“I would like them to open it with the guys from… Bohemian Rhapsody,” Goldberg said, reacting to the Academy’s nominations announced Tuesday morning.

“I think if they opened it with “We are the Champions,” it’d be a wonderful way to kick off the Academy Awards…. Not that I know anything about this,” she joked.

“I’m just saying…. Who doesn’t sing that and who isn’t a champion?”

Goldberg hosted the Academy Awards in 1994, 1996, 1999 and 2002. She is one of a handful of entertainers who have won an award at the Emmys, Grammys, Academy Awards and Tonys.

“The View” co-hosts congratulated all the nominees Tuesday morning, highlighting nominations for Spike Lee, Glenn Close, Olivia Colman, Mahershala Ali, Sam Elliott, Lady Gaga, Melissa McCarthy and “Black Panther.”

“There were a lot of really good -- I thought -- really good choices!” Goldberg said.
