— -- Whoops.

Amanda Peet is married to "Game of Thrones" co-creator David Benioff and when he first brought the idea to his beautiful, talented, smart actress wife, she admitted she thought it was a terrible idea.

While on "Conan" Wednesday night, she explained the story.

"I'm gonna come off so badly on this show," she said. "Yes, I thought it was a terrible idea, terrible."

Amanda Peet and writer/director David Benioff attend the 66th Annual Primetime Emmy Awards held at Nokia Theatre L.A. Live, Aug. 25, 2014, in Los Angeles.

She continued, "It's just silly, like 'Dungeons & Dragons,' but real people."

Peet now said she's obseesed with the show and has said in the past that she's tried to convince him to let her be on the show.
