Newlywed Jones No Fugitive From Love

March 21 -- Tommy Lee Jones no longer has to worry about the rules of engagement.

The veteran actor married his longtime companion, photographer Dawn Maria Laurel, in a private ceremony Monday in Alamo Heights, Texas.

The pair met in 1995 on the set of TV movie The Good Old Boys, which Jones directed, according to The Associated Press. "They enjoy so much of the same things," Jones publicist Jennifer Allen told USA Today. "They're both interested in polo and Tommy himself is very interested in photography."

The judge who performed the ceremony refused to discuss the vows exchanged between Jones, 54, and Laurel, 36. "These are very private people," U.S. District Judge Fred Biery told the AP.

Jones has been married twice before and has two children, Austin and Victoria.
