December 19 -- K-Ci & JoJo were apparently serious when they named their new album X while promoting the album at radio station KIIS's Christmas concert Saturday in Los Angeles, K-Ci allegedly unzipped his pants to give the show an X rating.

Shrine Auditorium was packed with 4,000 people, and The Associated Press reported that about 150 parents and children fled to the lobby after the supposed exposure, where they complained to officials.

No arrests have been made, but police told the news service that they are investigating the incident.

KIIS station manager Roy Laughlin hurriedly issued a statement, saying, "KIIS-FM apologizes to all of our listeners and fans for K-Ci's actions. We do not condone such behavior."

The R&B duo, made up of brothers Cedric (K-Ci) and Joel (JoJo) Hailey, are former members of dance-pop quartet Jodeci.
