Lay’s is bringing some familiar holiday flavors to the snack aisle this season with five limited-edition varieties inspired by traditional dishes and desserts.

The potato chip brand is launching its new “Holi-LAY’S” collection beginning Oct. 25, with flavors ranging from roasted turkey and scalloped potatoes to chocolate-covered chips.

The first two flavors, Lay’s Cheddar Scalloped-Style Potatoes and Lay’s Roasted Holiday Turkey, will hit shelves nationwide Oct. 25, the company announced Tuesday.

The scalloped potato-inspired chips feature a creamy cheddar flavor, while the roasted turkey variety is designed to capture the taste of turkey and gravy.

On Nov. 8, Lay’s Maple Bacon will make its U.S. debut, combining sweet maple and smoky bacon flavors, according to Lay's.

Whether fans are hosting family gatherings, attending holiday parties or searching for the perfect stocking stuffer for the foodie in their life, Lay's serves festive flavors for every snack of the season.

The company is also introducing two chocolate-covered varieties on Dec. 1 at select retailers.

Lay’s Wavy Milk Chocolate features the brand’s signature ridged potato chips coated in milk chocolate, while Lay’s Wavy Dubai-Style Dark Chocolate combines dark chocolate and pistachios with the salty crunch of potato chips.

The chocolate-covered varieties are expected to expand to additional retailers in 2027.

“The holidays are all about gathering around the table with friends and family, and food plays an important role in those celebrations,” Denise Truelove, senior vice president of marketing at PepsiCo Foods, said in the release.

The company said the seasonal collection is intended for holiday entertaining, gifting and everyday snacking.

The limited-time lineup will begin rolling out at retailers nationwide Oct. 25, with additional flavors arriving throughout November and December.
