Victoria Beckham and Gap are back for round two.
On Friday, Beckham and Gap dropped their second collection, a 37-piece selection of knitwear, outerwear, denim and more. It follows their first collab, a spring collection, which garnered online buzz and fast sales.
"For this second drop, we wanted to build on the design language we established in the first collection, with a stronger focus on texture, proportion and layering, while keeping the ease and versatility that feels so intrinsic to Gap," Beckham said in a statement. “Each piece was designed to work as part of a modern wardrobe —refined and considered, but still effortless and made to be worn in many different ways."
The collection features a cohesive color palette of grey, green, brown and burgundy, with dark denim and black essentials like high-rise straight jeans and staple trousers.
The knitwear and outerwear stood out as we eyed the collection ahead of its launch: satin bomber jackets with curved sleeves, tailored wool-blend coats with a gentle oversized fit and wool-cashmere zip sweaters with a layered look built in for ease of styling. The knitwear is soft and cozy while still feeling intentional and practical for a range of occasions.
