Explosion in Moscow leaves at least 3 dead, 21 injured
The explosion appears to have occurred near Kudrinskaya Square.

An explosion in central Moscow on Saturday has left at least three people dead and 21 others injured, according to Russian officials.
Officials said an improvised explosive device exploded near a restaurant on Kudrinskaya Square. A security guard, a bystander and a female suspect were killed in the blast, officials said.
"According to available information, the explosion occurred near a summer café at around 8:10 p.m. today," the country's Interior Ministry said.
