Azerbaijan says drones attacked city close to Iran border
Azerbaijan's Foreign Ministry said on Thursday that drones attacked the city of Nakhchivan, just north of the country's border with Iran.
One drone hit the city's airport, injuring two civilians, the ministry said. A second drone hit a school building in a nearby village, it added.
"We strongly condemn these drone attacks launched from the territory of the Islamic Republic of Iran," the ministry said, and demanded a "clear explanation."
