Iran said it has not reached an agreement with the U.S. on terms for its enrichment of uranium.

"The subject of our enriched material is a very complicated one, and we have now come to the conclusion with Americans that, since it is very difficult -- we are almost in a deadlock on this particular question -- let's postpone this to the later stages of our negotiations," Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi said in a press conference Friday.

"So for the time being, it is not under discussion, it's not under negotiation, but we will come to that subject in later stages," Araghchi said.

President Donald Trump, in a wide-ranging interview with Fox News’ Sean Hannity in China that aired Thursday night, said the options for Iran are either they "make a deal or they get annihilated."

Trump added, "I don't want to do that, but we have the greatest military."

In the interview Trump acknowledged that Iran has been able to rebuild some of its capabilities.

"They built it up a little bit. We'll take it out in one day. It'll all be gone," Trump said.

Trump later said that he is not going to be “much more patient” with Iran amid the ongoing negotiations.

"They should make a deal. Any sane person would make a deal, but they might be crazy," Trump said.

Trump added that the U.S. has nine cameras trained on the three targeted nuclear sites and if Iran tried to access the enriched uranium there, the U.S. would "hit them with a couple of bombs."

The House failed to adopt an Iran war powers resolution by a vote of 212-212. A tied vote means a failed vote in the House.

GOP Reps. Thomas Massie, of Kentucky; Brian Fitzpatrick, of Pennsylvania; and Tom Barrett, of Michigan, voted in favor with nearly all Democrats. Rep. Jared Golden, of Maine, was the only Democrat who voted no.

President Donald Trump said that Chinese President Xi Jinping wants to see a deal on Iran and "would love" to help the U.S., Trump told Fox News in an interview in China.

"President Xi would like to see a deal made. He would like to see a deal made. And he did offer, he said, if I can be of any help at all I would like to be of help," Trump told Fox News.

"He’d like to see the Hormuz Strait open. He said if I can be of any help whatsoever I would like to help," Trump said.

Trump said Jinping told him China will not give Iran military equipment.

"But at the same time he said they buy a lot of their oil there and they’d like to keep doing that," Trump said.
