Scottish farmers pay tribute to Queen Elizabeth II
Scottish farmers paid tribute to Queen Elizabeth II Sunday by lining tractors along part of the route of a hearse carrying the queen's coffin from Balmoral to Edinburgh.
More than 50 tractors were parked on both sides of the narrow country roadway and farmers stood alongside the route to pay respects to the queen as her coffin went by.
The farmers told ABC News that the event near the village Ballater was organized overnight by one of the local farmers.
In addition to paying tribute to the United Kingdom's longest reigning monarch, the farmers said they also did it to show support for the queen's daughter, Princess Anne, who has been involved with the local farming community for years.

Prince Andrew, his daughters to care for Queen Elizabeth's corgis
A source close to the Prince Andrew, the Duke of York, confirms to ABC News that he and his daughters will look after Queen Elizabeth II's corgis.
The corgis will return to live at Royal Lodge, the official country residence of Prince Andrew and Duchess of York, Prince Andrew's former wife Sarah Ferguson, the source said.

Andrew and his daughters gave Queen Elizabeth two corgis, Muick and Sandy, in recent years and promised to take care of them when the queen died. Andrew also gave his mother a corgi named Sandy in June on what would have been the 100th birthday of his father, Prince Philip.
Ferguson and the queen bonded over long walks with their dogs and horseback riding, even after she and Andrew divorced in 1996.
"I am heartbroken by the passing of Her Majesty the Queen. She leaves behind an extraordinary legacy: the most fantastic example of duty and service and steadfastness, and a constant steadying presence as our head of state for more than 70 years," the Dutchess of York said in a post on Twitter. "She has given her whole life selflessly to the people of the UK & the Commonwealth. To me, she was the most incredible mother-in-law and friend. I will always be grateful to her for the generosity she showed me in remaining close to me even after my divorce."
