Supreme Court rules in favor of marijuana user charged with unlawful gun possession

The court's judgement was unanimous.

The Supreme Court on Thursday ruled in favor of Ali Hemani, a Texas man charged with unlawful possession of a gun since he admitted that he regularly smoked marijuana. 

The court said the law as applied to him is unconstitutional.
