Police bodycam captures driver crashing into car before fleeing the scene

Body camera footage shows the arrest of a teen driver who fled the scene after crashing into another motorist in Tampa, Florida, authorities said. The teen allegedly ignored an officer’s order to pull over and struck a car before being caught and charged with a felony and three misdemeanors.
