Nominations for the 77th Primetime Emmy Awards have been announced.
Stars including Cate Blanchett, Jean Smart, Adam Brody and Martin Short are among the nominees, while TV shows including "Hacks," "The White Lotus" and "The Pitt" also received nominations.
In the comedy category, "The Studio," starring Seth Rogen, tied the record for the most nominations in a single year with 23, according to a press release. The record was originally set by "The Bear" in 2024.
"Severance" led this year's drama category with 27 nominations.
The Emmy nominations ceremony took place on Tuesday and streamed live from the Television Academy's Wolf Theatre in Los Angeles.
