Justin Bieber brings out Billie Eilish, SZA during Coachella set

Surprise guests and nostalgia define Bieber's weekend two set.

Justin Bieber delivered a guest-filled, nostalgia-driven headlining set during Coachella weekend two, bringing out Billie Eilish and SZA among several surprise performers.

Taking the stage Saturday night at the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival, Bieber opened with songs from his recent "Swag" era before pivoting to a throwback segment highlighting his early career.

The portion featured the singer revisiting old performance clips and singing along, drawing loud reactions from the crowd.

Midway through the set, Eilish joined Bieber onstage during his 2009 single "One Less Lonely Girl."

She appeared visibly surprised as she was brought into the spotlight, laughing as she took a seat while Bieber serenaded her -- a full-circle moment given she has long cited him as an influence.

Later in the performance, SZA took the stage for a duet of her hit song "Snooze."

The stripped-down collaboration prompted one of the night's biggest crowd responses, with the two artists sharing vocals during the performance.

Bieber also welcomed additional guests throughout the set, including Sexyy Red and Big Sean, as he moved between newer material and earlier hits.

The weekend two show leaned heavily into collaboration and reflection, with Bieber blending multiple eras of his catalog into one performance.

He closed the set with songs from his recent releases, capping his second headlining appearance of the festival.

Outside of the performance, speculation has grown among fans that Bieber could be preparing for a tour.

The singer's website was recently updated with a message indicating that any new concert dates would be shared directly with subscribers.

Weekend two of the festival also featured a wave of high-profile guest appearances across other sets.

PinkPantheress brought out several surprise guests during her Mojave tent performance, including Janelle Monáe and Zara Larsson.

Earlier in the day, Addison Rae was joined by Olivia Rodrigo on the main stage, where they performed Rae's "Headphones On" and debuted Rodrigo's new single "Drop Dead" live.

The trend continued into the weekend's earlier sets.

Sabrina Carpenter brought out Madonna during her Friday night headlining performance, with the pair delivering a rendition of "Like a Prayer."

The festival is set to conclude Sunday night with a headlining performance from Karol G.
