Grammys 2025 recap: Best moments from music's biggest night

Some of the biggest names in music were honored at the 2025 Grammys on Sunday.
Beyoncé took home the Grammy Award for album of the year for "COWBOY CARTER" and Chappell Roan won the Grammy for best new artist. Kendrick Lamar snagged both record of the year and song of the year for his song "Not Like Us."
The Grammys took place nearly a month after the Los Angeles wildfires began, which devastated the region and resulted in at least 29 deaths. The telecast was "reimagined to raise funds to support wildfire relief efforts and aid music professionals impacted by the L.A. wildfires," with funds raised during the show going to support music professionals and Los Angeles wildfire relief efforts.
Near the end of the show, Trevor Noah, who returned this year as host for the fifth year in a row, announced viewers at home had already raised $7 million.
The night was filled with epic performances from artists like Charli xcx, Shakira, Lady Gaga, Sabrina Carpenter and more. A moving musical tribute was also performed to honor the late music legend Quincy Jones.

Lady Gaga hits the Grammys red carpet
Lady Gaga stepped out on the Grammys red carpet Sunday night wearing an all-black dress.
The singer is nominated for song of the year and best pop duo/group performance alongside Bruno Mars for their collaboration "Die With a Smile."
Gaga and Mars are also slated to hit the Grammys stage Sunday night as performers.
Gaga's new album, "Mayhem," releases March 7.
Ye and wife Bianca Censori arrive on Grammys red carpet
Rapper Ye and wife Bianca Censori arrived on the red carpet hand-in-hand on Sunday night.
Ye, formerly known as Kanye West, opted for an all-black outfit, while Censori wore a black coat over a completely sheer bodysuit.
Heading into the night, West was nominated in the best rap song category alongside Ty Dolla Sign for their song "Carnival." The duo lost to Kendrick Lamar, who won for his song "Not Like Us."
The rapper has garnered controversy in recent years due to antisemitic rhetoric along with other inflammatory messages he has shared online.

The singer is up for record of the year and song of the year for "Fortnight (feat. Post Malone)."
Swift is also nominated for album of the year and best pop vocal album for "THE TORTURED POETS DEPARTMENT."
Additionally, Swift and Gracie Abrams are nominated for best pop duo/group performance for Abrams' song "us."
