'GMA's' Greatest Recipes

Nov. 2, 2005— -- Over 30 years, there have been tons of fabulous recipes from our celebrity chefs and some equally great contributions from our viewers. "GMA" has had the difficult task of picking five top recipes of all-time, but we've done it!

Click on the links below to get the greatest "GMA" recipes from Julia Child, Sara Moulton, Wolfgang Puck, winner of the Pie of Emeril's Eye Contest and our own Charlie Gibson.

Julia Child's Coq au Vin:. Chicken in red wine with small braised onion, mushrooms and lardoons of pork. Julia made this during "GMA's Passport to Europe" trip on May 11, 1995. We were at Clos du Vougeot winery in Burgundy and Julia cooked with Charlie Gibson.

Sara Moulton's White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake: Sara is not a fan of cheesecake, but this one is so amazing that it jumped to her mind when asked what recipe she could recall fondly. It comes to us courtesy of Gourmet magazine and Santacafe in Santa, Fe, N.M.

Wolfgang Puck's Wine Braised of Beef with Caramelized Pearl Onions and Dried Apricots: Wolfgang made this last year when his book, "Wolfgang Puck Makes it Easy" was released. It melted in your mouth, it was so tender!

Pie of Emeril's Eye 2001 Winner: Marsha Brooks wowed the judges with her crunchy caramel apple pie in 2001.

Charlie Gibson's Enchilada Casserole: This recipe came from Gibson family friend Mary Corkran, and it is layered with Doritos, beans, cheese and other delish items that are sure to make guests go back for more. It's been a "GMA" favorite since it's on-air debut in 2002.
