Danielle Fishel shares the under-$50 beauty gift she's buying everyone ahead of the holidays
Fishel shares holiday traditions, her favorite QVC finds and more.
As we start looking ahead to the holiday season, actress Danielle Fishel is fully embracing the spirit of Christmas in July.
This year, Fishel and Lance Bass were tapped as QVC's 2026 Co-Chief Cheer Officers, sharing their favorite holiday finds and helping shoppers get a headstart on the holiday rush.
While there are plenty of deals to browse across all categories and price ranges, Fishel told "Good Morning America" the best gifts don't have to come with a hefty price tag.
If she had to put together the perfect beauty-themed gift for under $50, she said, she'd keep it simple.
"I love gifts that feel practical but still a little indulgent," Fishel said. "I'd definitely include the Be Free [by Danielle Fishel] Heat Protectant & Hairspray Duo, because everyone styles their hair differently, but healthy hair is universal."
She said she would finish the gift with "a great lip balm" tucked inside a cute travel makeup bag.
"It's thoughtful, useful and something someone will actually reach for every day," she said.
The best part is that these products aren't just gifts, Fishel said -- they're staples in her own beauty routine.
"I use the products I helped create, because they're the routines I wanted but couldn't find," she said.
Beyond finding the perfect gift, Fishel said that to her, the holidays are about carrying on traditions that matter most. One she's especially passionate about is giving back.
"One thing I try to instill in my kids is the importance of giving back during the holidays," she said. "My family takes part in 'adopt-a-family' programs, and it's an important tradition that I'm proud to carry on for years to come. It makes giving and receiving your own gifts just that much more special, knowing that you made the holiday season of a family in need extra special."
The best advice Fishel has for a stress-free holiday shopping experience? "Start earlier than you think you need to," she said.
"That's exactly why I love Christmas in July, she added. "Even checking a few people off your list early means you can enjoy the holidays instead of rushing through them."
