Good Housekeeping's 2027 Kitchen Awards are here!

Nicole Papantoniou, senior director of the Good Housekeeping Institute’s Kitchen and Cooking Lab, joined "Good Morning America" on Thursday to share some of the award winners.

The sixth annual Kitchen Awards highlights products across multiple categories, from coffee makers and air fryers to faucets, pantry staples. Experts and consumer testers went through over 350 products and found 140 winners, according to the Good Housekeeping Institute.

Highlights of the winners include a Sur la Table quarter sheet pan, a HexClad roasting pan set, Farberware cookware, a Zyliss garlic press, Souper Cubes freezer trays and more.

Sur La Table Platinum Pro Quarter Sheet Pan

This sheet pan, made from aluminized steel with reinforced rims, are half-size and ideal for cooking for one or two people. "Testers appreciated the ridged nonstick surface, noting it helped food release more easily," Papantoniou said. "They also said the pan heated evenly and consistently and that it cleaned up nicely without scrubbing."

"Testers loved the versatility of the pans and that food cooked evenly and crispy," Papantoniou said.

"This Farberware cookware set consists of an impressively large assortment that includes a variety of stainless steel and nonstick pieces, making it a one stop shop for all types of cooking and baking," Papantoniou said, noting the set includes a frying pan, saucepans, a stockpot, a skillet, a baking sheet and cooking tools.

"The pan aced our nonstick tests at [Good Housekeeping] and the stockpot also impressed, boiling water quickly," she continued. "Testers also highlighted how well the pan retained heat when frying."

Zyliss Susi 4 Garlic Press

Crush up to four garlic cloves at once with this press, which features a long handle and a nonstick coating.

"In [Good Housekeeping] tests, the handles didn’t bend when squeezed and the large swinging basket accommodated large cloves during testing," Papantoniou said.

Souper Cubes One Cup Silicone Freezer Tray

Use these freezer trays for meal prep. They feature built-in measuring markers and are made of silicone with lids for stacking.

"[Good Housekeeping] experts called it their favorite way to freeze leftovers, and testers found the storage container easy to use and portion food into," Papantoniou said.

"At a great price, this Member’s Mark set features tight-fitting lids and doesn’t take up a ton of room in your cabinets," Papantoniou said. "The containers are lightweight compared with other glass containers we’ve tested. Testers loved the various sizes and how they nested for storage, and they all noted they would continue to use them after testing."

"If you’re looking to avoid plastic in your kitchen, this eight-cup coffee maker from SimplyGoodCoffee uses a glass water reservoir and stainless steel for its water tubes, brew head, and filter holder liner," Papantoniou said, adding that consumer testers found the coffee brewed "hot and delicious."

"Testers also noted its ease of use and that it was particularly simple to clean thanks to the glass and stainless components," she said.
