Sponsors are not responsible for mail that is lost, stolen, late, illegible, incomplete, damaged, mutilated, misdirected, altered, tampered with, or postage-due.

For Internet entries, sponsors are not responsible for failed, partial or garbled computer transmissions, or for technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to electronic malfunction or damage of any network, hardware or software. If for any reason the contest is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, other causes beyond sponsors' control that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the contest, sponsors reserve the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest. ELIGIBILITY AND GUIDELINES:

Entrants must be 18 years or older as of Sept. 19, 2005. Entrants must be legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia at time of entry.

Any individuals (including but not limited to employees, consultants, independent contractors, and interns) who have, within the past six months, performed services for ABC, Inc., or any organizations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting the contest or supplying the prize, and/or their respective parent, subsidiary, affiliated and successor companies, and immediate family and household members of such individuals, are not eligible to enter. "Immediate family members" shall mean parents, step-parents, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses. "Household members" shall mean people who share the same residence at least three months a year.

HOW AND WHEN WINNERS WILL BE SELECTED:

One winner will be announced the week of Sept. 12 by "Good Morning America's" panel of judges, based on video originality, creativity, potential for on-air appeal and appropriateness for "Good Morning America." Decision of the judges is final.

All contestants must be available to travel to New York and appear on-air as guests of "Good Morning America" during the week of Sept. 19. They must also be available to travel to Los Angeles, on a date to be determined by "Good Morning America." In the event winner is deemed ineligible, fails to comply with contest procedures, or is not available to travel during specified dates, prize will be awarded to runner-up.

PRIZES:

Three semi-finalists will travel to New York to appear on "Good Morning America" in order to participate in a "Desperate Housewives" trivia contest segment. The Winner of the trivia contest ("Winner") will receive a behind-the-scenes visit to the set of Desperate Housewives in Los Angeles. Semi-finalist air transportation consists of round-trip coach air transportation between the major U.S. airport nearest winner's home and New York; Winner air transportation consists of round-trip coach air transportation between the major U.S. airport nearest winner's home and Los Angeles. Semi-finalists deemed local to New York (as determined at the sole discretion of "Good Morning America") will receive ground transportation between their residence and New York; Winners deemed local to Los Angeles (as determined at the sole discretion of "Good Morning America") will receive ground transportation between their residence and Los Angeles. One night's hotel accommodations will be provided in New York and Los Angeles.

All expenses not mentioned above are the sole responsibility of the Semi-finalist and Winner. Approximate retail value of prize is $2,000. Final actual value may be considerably higher or lower depending on point of departure and dates of booking and travel. Behind the scenes visit has no retail value.

Taxes: Federal, state and local taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner who will receive a 1099 tax form reflecting actual value of any prize valued at $600 or more.

Exchange/transfer of prizes: Winners are not entitled to transfer prizes or to obtain substitutes, but sponsors in their sole discretion may substitute prizes of equal or greater value.

HOW WINNERS WILL BE NOTIFIED; PROOF OF AGE AND IDENTITY; AFFIDAVITS AND RELEASES:

Semi-Finalists will be notified by phone.

To claim prize, (a) Winner must provide proof of age, identity and residency, (b) Semi-finalists must sign and return affidavit of eligibility/compliance with rules, publicity/liability release and indemnification, and (c) Semi-finalists' and Winner's intended guest(s) or travel companion(s) must sign liability/publicity release, all within the time period specified by "Good Morning America."

CONDITIONS ON ENTRY:

By entering this contest, entrants agree to be bound by contest rules and by decisions of sponsors, which are final as to all contest-related matters. In addition, by participating in this contest and accepting any prize that they may win, entrants agree to release ABC, Inc. and their parent, subsidiary, affiliated and successor companies, advertising and promotion agencies and prize suppliers, and each of their respective officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all actions, claims, injury, loss or damage arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, from participation in this contest and/or acceptance or use of any of the prizes. Entrants also authorize the Released Parties to use their name, voice, likeness, biographical data and city and state of residence in programming or promotional material or on a winner's list (if applicable) without further compensation unless prohibited by law.

MISCELLANEOUS:

Sponsor does not guarantee that Winner will have an opportunity to meet any cast members of "Desperate Housewives" (the "Show"). Winner and guest, if any, must fully comply with all instructions, rules, regulations and restrictions and at all times will be subject to removal from the set for failure to comply with such instructions, rules, regulations and restrictions. In the unlikely event that the Show should cease production or a set visit should become unavailable for any reason, Sponsor is only responsible for providing the remainder of the prize.
