FBI says Chinese hacking group targeted government agencies, hospitals and military
NASA, NIH, HHS, DOJ and other agencies were targeted, the FBI said.
The Justice Department and FBI announced efforts Wednesday to disrupt a Chinese government-backed hacking group that it says for years has engaged in targeted attacks against hundreds of entities in the United States including NASA, National Institutes of Health, the Department of Health and Human Services, the Justice Department, the Department of Energy, the U.S. Senate and the Federal Reserve.
