Trump's second inauguration has had notable support from numerous tech giants.

President-elect Donald Trump laid a wreath at Arlington National Cemetery and then held a "Make America Great Again Victory Rally" in Washington on Sunday ahead of Monday's swearing-in ceremony.

Trump's inauguration has been moved indoors because of frigid temperatures expected in the nation's capital on Monday. Trump said he'll be sworn in and deliver his inauguration address inside the Capitol Rotunda.

TikTok CEO plans to attend Trump's rally tonight

TikTok CEO Shou Chew plans to attend President-elect Trump's rally tonight in Washington, according to two people familiar with the event.

Trump told ABC News in an interview Saturday that he's likely to grant TikTok a 90-day extension to avoid a ban in the U.S. The ban began to take place on Sunday morning.

Trump kicks off inauguration festivities with fireworks show

President-elect Donald Trump and Melania Trump took in a fireworks display at the Trump National Golf Club in Sterling, Virginia, on Saturday.

Together, they listened to a live performance by Christopher Macchio of "Hallelujah," "Ave Maria," "How Great Thou Art" and "God Bless America" while they held hands.

As he returned into the clubhouse, Trump did his signature dance close-up to cameras.

He was joined by his children Don Jr., Eric, Ivanka and Tiffany Trump. The event was held for donors, supporters and friends to kick off celebrations ahead of Inauguration Day on Monday.

Trump did not give remarks to the press.

Trump to meet with Johnson, Thune on 1st full day in office

President-elect Donald Trump is scheduled to meet with Senate Majority Leader John Thune and House Speaker Mike Johnson on Tuesday, Trump's first full day in office, multiple sources told ABC News.

The meetings are expected to take place separately at the White House and will mark one of Trump's first meetings as president.

It comes as the president-elect pushes his party to pass sweeping legislation on the border, energy and taxes. The meeting with Thune also comes as the Senate considers Trump's Cabinet nominees.

Offices for the Speaker of the House and the Majority Leader declined to comment.


Trump arrives at private party at Virginia golf course

Trump and his family arrived at his golf course – Trump National Golf Club in Sterling, Virginia – for a closed reception with a who's who of allies.

Guests include cabinet nominees such as Pete Hegseth, Kristi Noem and Lee Zeldin.

Trump and his family will then view fireworks at 9 p.m. from a viewing balcony.
