TEANECK, N.J. -- J.R. Jacobs scored 18 points as Fairleigh Dickinson beat City Tech 93-56 on Saturday.

Jacobs added five rebounds and six assists for the Knights (1-2). David Jevtic scored 15 points and added seven rebounds. Travis Torain had 15 points and shot 5 for 9, including 4 for 7 from beyond the arc.

Xavier Cardona led the Beavers in scoring, finishing with 14 points. Jahmire Brewer added 10 points for City Tech. Connor Morhardt also had seven points.
