Easy to adjust to the unique design; felt less stressful on your reviewer's well-worn mousing wrist (unclinically speaking); satisfying, responsive scroll wheel. Inconvenient thumb-button placement; overly large RF receiver. Aimed at relieving or preventing the onset of repetitive stress injuries, Microsoft's new mouse seems to have the right idea in its redesign of the standard mouse grip. If Microsoft's hardware design team had paid as much attention to some of its other elements, this mouse would be a winner. http://abcnews.com.com/Microsoft_Natural_Wireless_Laser_Mouse_6000/4505-3148_7-32157474.html?subj=Microsoft+Natural+Wireless+Laser+Mouse+6000&tag=feed∂=abcnews
