15-year-old arrested for murder after body found in roadway

A 15-year-old is in custody in Illinois after a body was found in a roadway Monday night, according to Illinois State Police.
Video shared online allegedly shows the suspect dressed in a clown costume near where the body was found, according to ABC News Chicago station WLS.
Investigators responded to a report of a body in a roadway in East St. Louis, Illinois, at around 10 p.m. and were able to quickly identify a juvenile suspect, police said.
Agents then found the juvenile at a residence and took him into custody, according to police.
State police said it is working to collect all relevant video of the suspect as videos shared online purport to show the suspect shortly after the shooting.
A doorbell camera at a home nearby captured video of the alleged murder suspect wearing a clown costume, according to WLS.
State Police said video of the suspect has been circulating online but would not authenticate video shared on social media.
State Police said there is no threat to the public.
