Alleged 'serial sexual predator' accused of assaulting co-worker at Halloween attraction
Edward Eisenhard is accused of assaulting two women and a child in recent cases.
A Pennsylvania man faces charges alleging he assaulted two women, including a co-worker at a Halloween attraction, and a child, prosecutors said, calling the suspect a "serial sexual predator."
Edward Eisenhard, 37, was initially arrested earlier this month for allegedly assaulting a co-worker at a Five Below store, according to the Bucks County District Attorney's Office.
Following his arrest, two more of his alleged victims came forward, the district attorney's office said on Tuesday while announcing new charges against the suspect.
Eisenhard "now stands accused of being a serial sexual predator who targeted female victims in both workplace and domestic settings," the district attorney's office said in a press release.
One of the incidents in which he is newly charged occurred on Sept. 25 at the Valley of Fear Halloween attraction in Lower Southampton Township, according to prosecutors. He is accused of strangling and indecently assaulting a 30-year-old female co-worker, prosecutors said.
According to the criminal complaint, the woman told police that while on a break, Eisenhard approached her while she was working alone and "unprovoked grabbed her by her throat with his hand, made it very tight to the point she had a difficult time breathing." While "talking sexual in nature to her," he then "took his other hand and pinned both of her wrists above her head," the complaint alleged.
The woman, who was in a pirate costume, told police that after letting her go, Eisenhard allegedly assaulted her over her shirt, according to the complaint. The woman said she was "by herself and was not expecting Eisenhard to do what he did" and was in "partial shock," according to the complaint.
Eisenhard was the woman's supervisor and had worked at the haunted theme attraction for 10 seasons, according to prosecutors. He was fired on Sept. 26, prosecutors said. ABC News has reached out to Valley of Fear for comment.
The woman came forward to the Lower Southampton Township Police Department on Oct. 12 to report the incident, according to the complaint. Eisenhard has been charged with strangulation, simple assault, indecent assault, harassment and disorderly conduct in that case.
Eisenhard is also newly charged for the alleged "repeated abuse of a 12-year-old child," prosecutors said. He is accused of sexually assaulting the juvenile at least twice -- in December 2025 and in October -- while she was sleeping over at his residence in Springfield Township, according to the complaint.
The girl was interviewed by a detective with the Springfield Township Police Department on Oct. 16, according to the complaint. Eisenhard was charged with four counts each of aggravated indecent assault and indecent assault and one count each of corruption of minors and harassment in that case.
The new charges come after Eisenhard was previously arrested for allegedly sexually assaulting a 19-year-old co-worker at a Five Below, prosecutors said.
According to prosecutors, on Sept. 27, Eisenhard, who worked at the store as a manager, asked the employee to clean the stockroom then allegedly "made lewd comments before he restrained her and sexually assaulted her."
Eisenhard was arrested on Oct. 1 and charged with aggravated indecent assault and indecent assault in the case. ABC News has reached out to Five Below for comment.
Eisenhard remains in custody after being unable to post bail following his arrest. Bucks County District Attorney Joe Khan said his office plans to request that he be held without bail when he is arraigned, alleging Eisenhard is a "highly dangerous, recidivistic sex offender."
"The evidence gathered in these investigations reveals a calculated pattern of behavior by a serial predator who preyed upon vulnerable female victims," Khan said in a statement.
Khan alleged during a press briefing on Tuesday that Eisenhard "exploited" his supervision and authority over others to "create victims." The suspect allegedly had access to the minor "because of his relationship with her family," the DA said.
The DA said his office believes there may be others who have been allegedly victimized by Eisenhard and urged anyone with information to come forward.
Eisenhard, who has a background in commerce positions and as a volunteer firefighter, is not registered as a sex offender, according to Khan.
Online court records do not list any attorney for Eisenhard in any of the three cases.
