— -- Andrea Owen is a producer for the Washington, D.C., bureau. She began working at ABC News in the London bureau, and stayed overseas for six years working as an assignment editor before moving to Washington. Her current assignments include producing for "World News Tonight," "This Week with George Stephanopoulos," special events, ABC News Now, and working on the assignment desk.

She graduated from York University in Toronto with a B.A. in political science and from the British Columbia Institute of Technology with a degree in broadcast journalism.
