Golden Globes 2026 updates: Highlights of the night's biggest moments, winners and style

Some of the biggest stars in entertainment won big.

The 83rd annual Golden Globes are officially in the books!

From television to movies to podcasts (for the first time ever), Hollywood's best and brightest were honored by the Hollywood Foreign Press Association on Sunday night. 

Some of the night's big winners in the world of film included the Paul Thomas Anderson thriller "One Battle After Another" and "Hamnet," starring Golden Globe winner Jessie Buckley and Paul Mescal.

'Nobody Wants This' cast hits red carpet

Everybody wants to see the "Nobody Wants This" cast on the red carpet.

"Nobody Wants This" is up for best television series (musical or comedy), and Adam Brody is nominated for best performance by a male actor in a television series (musical or comedy).

Kevin O'Leary says he wants to be a Bond villain

"Shark Tank" investor Kevin O'Leary, who plays businessman Milton Rockwell in "Marty Supreme," said he hopes to continue acting after his big picture debut in the Josh Safdie film.

Speaking on the Associated Press Golden Globes red carpet livestream, O'Leary said he would like to play a James Bond villain.

"I want to be the bad guy in Bond," he said on the carpet. "Nobody can do it the way I can."

He also said he would like his Bond counterpart to be a woman.

"I want [the character to be] real bad -- and I'm the guy," he said.

Sheryl Lee Ralph, Snoop Dogg among 1st to arrive on red carpet

The Golden Globes red carpet kicked off with the arrivals of "Abbott Elementary" star Sheryl Lee Ralph, who stunned in a brown gown, and Snoop Dogg, who is presenting at the awards show.

The Golden Globes will debut a new category for best podcast at the 83rd annual show.

Podcasts that are nominated include "Armchair Expert with Dax Shepard," "Call Her Daddy," "Good Hang with Amy Poehler," "The Mel Robbins Podcast," "SmartLess" and "Up First from NPR."
