Jimmy Carter posthumously wins 4th Grammy
Former President Jimmy Carter posthumously won the Grammy for best audio book, narration, and storytelling recording for his book "Last Sundays in Plains: A Centennial Celebration."
Jason Carter, the late president's grandson, accepted the award on his grandfather's behalf.
"My grandfather was incredibly important to me, and lately, over these past few weeks, we've felt this enormous outpouring of love from all around the world," Jason Carter said in part at the Grammy Awards Premiere Ceremony on Sunday.

President Carter, who died Dec. 29, 2024, has been nominated for 10 Grammys in previous years. This is his fourth win.
"Last Sundays in Plains: A Centennial Celebration" includes recordings of the former president delivering lessons from his hometown church in Plains, Georgia.
