Ballot Initiatives

Adds language to the state constitution that bars the state legislature from levying, authorizing, or otherwise permitting a state tax on property.

Expands the rights of victims of crimes, including participating in the parole processes of those convicted of committing crimes against them, receiving information about their sentences, and guaranteeing that the state will take the safety of the victim and their families into account before the convict in question is released.
