IDF says aerial strikes in Lebanon target organization said to finance weapons for Hezbollah
The Israel Defense Forces targeted sites in Southern Lebanon where it said the Qard al-Hassan Association had assets and storage facilities.
That group is said to finance weapons purchases and handle other financial transactions for Hezbollah. The airstrikes were "part of ongoing efforts to further degrade Hezbollah’s military capabilities," the IDF said on social media.

The Israeli military also on Tuesday issued a warning for all people in Lebanon south of the Litani River, saying there are ongoing strikes against Hezbollah and its infrastructure in the area.
"The airstrikes are ongoing as the Defense Army is operating with great force in the area," Avichay Adraee, a spokesperson for the Israel Defense Forces, said in Arabic on social media.
He added, "Therefore, and out of concern for your safety, we reiterate our urgent appeal for you to evacuate your homes immediately and head immediately north of the Litani River."
Those who remain are endangering "your lives and the lives of your families," Adraee said.
