Senate passes funding bill, Trump to sign emergency order to pay TSA agents
President Donald Trump is ordering DHS to pay TSA agents with money set to come from Trump’s Domestic Policy Act, while the Senate has voted to fund the DHS, aside from ICE and parts of CBP.
