Russian drone appears to hunt down Ukrainian street vendor

Ukraine Police footage released appears to show a Russian drone in Kherson hunting down a Ukrainian vegetable vendor before attacking him. The vendor suffered a concussion and multiple shrapnel wounds, but incredibly survived the attack. His wife, who was with him at the time, was able to escape.
