North Korea testing ballistic missiles as Trump touts relationship with Kim Jong Un

North Korea completed its third round of ballistic missile testing this month on Thursday, according to statements released by the South Korean Joint Chiefs of Staff. The tests come as President Trump says he'll meet with North Korean Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un in December.
