Russia’s new blitz on Kyiv with jet-powered drones

Russia is terrorizing Kyiv with jet-powered drones as part of a new air blitz. The change in tactics is disrupting life much more in Ukraine’s capital, as Russia launches continuous daytime attacks with the drones that are far harder to shoot down. ABC News' Patrick Reevell reports.
