Inmate escaped jail by using pencil, South Carolina police say

New video shows a South Carolina inmate using a pencil to escape his jail cell. After using the pencil to pop the cell door open, the 30-year-old man walked outside and scaled barbed-wire fence. He was soon captured and returned to his cell in less than 30 minutes.
