Tasia Fortune's hanging was 'staged' in 'drug case gone very wrong': Police chief

The Jackson, Mississippi, police chief told reporters on Monday that the hanging of Tasia Fortune, whose body was found on Aug. 3, was a "staged event" in a "a drug case gone very wrong."
