Kate Steinle's Brother on Lawsuit: 'Nobody Has Taken Responsibility'

The Steinle family will be suing the San Francisco Sheriff, ICE and the U.S. Bureau of Land Management following the murder of their daughter, allegedly by an undocumented immigrant.
