AT&T, Verizon and T-Mobile Halt Samsung Note7 Sales and Exchanges

AT&T, Verizon and T-Mobile have stopped providing new Samsung Galaxy Note7 smartphones to customers as part of an exchange program, amid a handful of claims that the replacement devices were smoking, catching fire or exploding.
