Shark bites paddleboard off Cape Cod beach

Massachusetts officials are considering a proposal to protect the state's beaches from sharks after a shark bit into a paddle board off the coast of Wellfleet and, in a separate incident, a shark attacked a seal off the coast of Nauset Beach.
